PREVALENCIA DEL SÍNDROME DEL QUEMAD@ Y ESTUDIO DE FACTORES RELACIONADOS EN L@S ENFERMER@S DEL CHUVI (Complexo Hospitalario Universitario de Vigo).
Abstract
Se estudia la prevalencia del síndrome de Burnout o quemad@ mediante el Maslach Burnout Inventario (MBI) en las enfermeras del Complexo Hospitalario Universitario de Vigo que está integrado por cinco hospitales y se relaciona con distintas variables sociodemogáficas. Es un estudio comparativo entre los distintos hospitales, observacional y de carácter transversal, considerando un nivel de confianza del 0,95% (a=0,05), una precisión del 5% (i=0,05) y para una p=q=0,05 .Las fechas de entrega y recogida de las encuestas han sido del 18 de mayo al 31 de Agosto de 2005, obteniéndose un nivel general de Burnout del 13%.Downloads
