INFIRMARY: ATTENTION, CARE AND CARDIOBOX.
Abstract
In our Hospital, from the structural change in Urgencies and the implantation of two boxes named "Cardiobox ", with the purpose of attending to the patient in the best conditions and with the maximum rapidity confirming or discarding the gravity of the same one. For it, every patient with "Thoracic suggestive Pain of Ischemia Cardiopaty" will happen to "Cardiobox" understanding that quite patient with thoracic non trauma pain of 35 years has a "Coronary Sharp Syndrome " until it is not demonstrated. The authoresses of this work consider to do a pursuit from May, 2005 until October, 2005, taking a sample of 200 patients who from selection were derived for his assistance to the "Cardiobox", patients nominated as level two for the medical classifier, the targets of this work are: - to value the time that comes up from the entry of the patient and the assistance of the same one - the age - the sex - real diagnosis - discharges, income, transfers and deathsDownloads
