MENTAL HEALTH IN BASIC SERVICES OF HEALTH IN BRAZIL
Abstract
Este artículo reflexiona sobre la reorientación del modelo de asistencia a la salud en el país, en especial en el área de salud mental. Analiza las posibilidades de desarrollar prácticas de atención a la salud mental conjuntamente con las estratégias propias del programa de salud de la familia. El objetivo es señalar las características de la atención básica a la salud y su relación con la salud mental así como destacar elementos relevantes para la comprensión de la Estrategia de Salud de la Familia como eje de integración con la salud mental. Será analizada una experiencia desarrollada con pacientes de depresión atendidos junto al PSF en un centro de salud de un municipio de la Gran Florianópolis – SC - Brasil.Downloads
