Abstract

The objective of this study is to capture how the process of continuous nurse training is being built up through specialization, as well as how specialization impacts the nurse’s training and working in nursing care. We worked with bibliographic material from scientific research published in the last 10 years, content analysis being used for the treatment of found data. A note worthy part of the relevant data was that specialization is a necessary tool in continuous nurse training so that nurses can develop competences in a job market always more demanding and competitive.
