NOTICE TO THE AUTHORS OF ENFERMERÍA GLOBAL

Dear authors,
It is a pleasure to inform you that the first issue of the second stage of Enfermería Global will be published during the month of January 2025.
This second stage will have some new features that may be of interest to the authors of the journal. We would like to highlight, above all, two aspects:
1) The journal will become quarterly, with three issues published per year, corresponding to the periods January-April, May-August and September-December, which will have 20 articles each (60 articles per year).
2) The publication of the articles will be carried out continuously, which means that the articles will appear in their corresponding issue once the entire editorial process is completed. This new publication model speeds up the publication deadlines, since from now on the author will be able to have his article published immediately, without waiting for the issue to close. (Under the previous model, articles intended for publication in the first issue would not be available until the end of April, when the issue was closed.)
For this reason, your articles will appear progressively in the issue that is being produced and will appear designated as “In progress” until it is closed.
The rest of the news is reported on the journal's website, so we strongly urge authors to carefully review the submission rules before submitting a new study. Articles that do not meet the specified requirements will be systematically rejected.
Finally, we would like to apologize for any delays and incidents that may have occurred during the preparation of this second stage of the journal. We will continue working to improve the processes and speed up the deadlines within the possibilities.
