Intervision as a tool for improving a multidisciplinary team work of a Community Social Services in Aragon rural area
Abstract
The interaction process of a Community Social Service multidisciplinary team to revert co-
municative dysfuntionalities is described. This task was no easy to face because the dysfuntionalities
had over time been set. A participative process of interaction had been chosen as a tool for building
an adequate communicative ambiance. This process needed a customization due the possibilites and
features of the team. After a common diagnosis of the problema, the profesional team developed a
group dynamics called field of strenghts. This dynamics answered a circular question since a systematic participative work. It is considered that the main achievement of this experience has been the process
in their globality, since it emerged a conjunct reflection. This process represented a groupal training sta-
ge oriented to the practice improvement. After he conjunct diagnosis, after the answer to the circular
question and the building of the chart with the mesures planned to the improvement, the group beha-
vior experienced a serie of changes. Supervision of multidisciplinary teams is a profesional practice with
a long trajectory in Social Workcareer. Despite their convenience it is not actually experimented in Com-
munity Social Services. For problema prevention appearance or for the approach if already constated, it
is believed, there can be an adequate tool. The improvement of profesional skills and the possibility of a
better affective ambiance constitute two of their advantages and constated in this concrete experience.
