Abstract

In the last five years has happened many changes in family law. These changes are the resultof other deep social changes in family relationships. The new law about “joint custody” is an exampleof that. Forensic social workers write reports in family court in cases of divorce. Forensic social work-ers need scientifically validated tools to analyze social reality. This research introduced the strategy toanalyze scientific validity of the scale of joint custody in family court.
