Una aproximación a los conflictos en el ámbito familiar y doméstico en familias de menores con medidas judiciales en medio abierto, en la sociedad actual

Abstract

This investigation aims to approach the social phenomenon of intergenerational conflict between parents and children, evident in the imputation of children and young people for committing crimes in this area, and which has been carried out directly by the educational intervention of CEFIS intervention team Murcia, under established court orders to young offender in open environment. To approach this social reality, there has been carried out a fieldwork in which socio-demographic data of the most outstanding characteristics of the young offenders and their families, also other related to the professional activities, carried with them, as well as other information that has been analyzed on social and community resources involved. Once realized this field work, and as the end point of the proposed investigation, the principal results and reached conclusions are exposed, besides some offersof intervention from the Social Work that they might favor the improvement in the treatment of this type of parent-child conflicts, at the actual socioeconomic reality.
