Abstract

Since 2008 the phenomenon of poverty as social exclusion is very current. It is in cities is this phenomenon. This paper investigates the discourses of exclusion two cities of Andalusia: Seville and Malaga. Indicators of poverty and exclusion in the region (using secondary data) and semi-structured interviews with relevant local actors (politicians, representatives of social movements, experts, etc.) analyzes are shown. The study allowed the exclusion factors show that most concerns the key informants and social disintegration processes taking place in the cities studied.
