Abstract

Early Childhood Intervention has been consolidated over the last thirty years. Nowadays the interventions are considered as a real right of the people, having into account that quality is a value added in those services that our society offers. Furthemore, Early Childhood Intervention, can not stay apart from the expansion of the service industry, in which the satisfaction of the customer-family is always a fundamental role, very significant due to the multidimentional role that family acquires in our discipline and the subjectivity of the moment they are living. Because of this, the aim of our investigation is the assessment of the satisfaction of the families about CDIAT (Early childhood development and early intervention center). In order to contribute to improve the quality of the offered services, optimize the development of the children and favour the well-being of the family as a whole.
