Abstract

The evaluation of social intervention programs is becoming in recent years in a ubiquitous activity in any organization that is dedicated to providing services. In this article we delve into the various questions which we face the evaluators in the exercise of our profession, noting not only the effects explicit but the implicit effects of it. No doubt the latter, not always taken into consideration, influence different logics with which the evaluation has been directed and conducted. In this regard, and based on the evaluation logic im- position, we intend to show how the use of new forms of evaluation can be more efficient and producing better results for everyone involved in evaluating, where participation and strategic planning are as general frame of itself.
