Abstract

We present a series of structures found in Llanos de Pinilla and Casas de Luján in the surroundings of Segóbriga, and related to oil production processes. These mills are part of rural villae, where converge farms for agricultural processing with luxury buildings like the baths discovered in Casas de Luján. They date from first to third century A.D. and constitute a complete novelty in their regional context.
