Abstract

The conceptual homogenization of the political – social vocabulary in Europe, begun to overcoming for new associative and community paradigms at the beginning of 21st Century, must not make us forget the first plurality of political forms, social doctrines and democratic projects present along 19th century, before the impact of the industrialism, and the evolution of the political Revolutions to the social Revolutions [1830-1848]. In this Sattelzeit (or historical period of mutation of the time), the Corporatism presented a doctrinal entity so much in the process of constitution and reform of the social European State, germ of the technical strends in Policy, not always warned like; the social French Democracy, with Henri de Saint-Simon and Louis Blanc as modals, is an example clarifier in the matter.
