Abstract
La Sala de lo Social del Tribunal Superior de Justicia de Andalucía, en su sede de Sevilla, dictó en fecha 7 de abril de 2000 la Sentencia que resolvía el recurso de suplicación interpuesto por el Real Betis S.A.D. frente a la del Juzgado de lo Social número Seis de Sevilla, estimando la impugnación y declarando la inexistencia de despido y, en consecuencia, desestimando la demanda formulada por D.
