PRACTICAL QUESTIONS REGARDING THE CONDITIONS OF ENTRANCE OF THE FOREIGNERS IN SPAIN
Abstract
There are many foreign people trying to enter the Spanish territory annually, either in transit, or with the aim of staying or living.Foreign people under the “Immigration Law” must fulfil the requisites provided in LOEx and REx; otherwise, they are not allowed to enter the national territory, and proceedings are begun for their return to their home country. It is essential, thus, to know the practice and methods of the Civil Service and the Court of Justice at this respect.
