Abstract
A lo largo de esta pequeña reflexión voy a ocuparme de un tema ya clásico en la dogmática penal. Tanto es así, que los conceptos de bien jurídico colectivo y delito de peligro abstracto han ganado en la actualidad un lugar dentro de los programas de Derecho Penal, Parte General. La seguridad colectiva dentro del Estado sirve de ejemplo de bien jurídico colectivo y la conducción bajo influencia de bebidas alcohólicas como delito de peligro abstracto.(...)Downloads
