Abstract

This report is the second part of a study of Environmental Impact Analysis on the Mar Menor area and its neighbouring ecosystems. The phase of biotic and human environment survey and land units stablishment is described, based on the characterization of internally homogeneous sectors (Units) in relation to those biotic, of landscape and human components that shape tbis area of study. Four themes have been considered: Vegetation (25), Faune (28), Land Uses (23) and Landscape (21). The figures refer to the numbers of characterized units. The units obtained are cartographically shown on a scale 1: 50.000.
