Abstract

This article describes theoretical foundations underlying the design of Plan for Teacher Training and Development to implement at the University of Deusto educational model. It describes the structure, planning and development processes and evaluation results of this Plan in each of its three phases. Reflections about experience and implications for the future are carried out.
