Abstract

This paper presents an interpretation of the influence of the architectural features of the building of the Faculty of Law on the behaviour and attitudes of teachers and learners. The author concludes these features enforce traditional behaviours and discourage behaviours in line with more innovative views of teaching and learning. In summary, it is presented as a place where students are more oriented to copy or memorize than to understand, ask or work about academic subjects.
