Abstract

In the last few years the concept of competence has became a topic of paramount importance in university curricula. The author emphasizes both the necessity to draw up programmes from the learning point of view and the need to follow a professional approach. This approach introduces significant changes concerning the teaching activities and the training needed to carry it out. This paper also tries to suggest some points for reflection and dialogue.
