Abstract

The creation of the European Higher Education Area (EHEA) provides an opportunity of innovation for improving university learning. This challenge has important organizational and curricular implications for the involved university organizations. This paper includes some reflections on the tasks to be done by degrees, emphasizing the ones concerning the teaching staff. In the same way, a brief mention of phases identified in the educational innovation processes, according to the experts of change management, is made. Those allow anticipating some fundamental decisions in the process of convergence.
