Abstract

This paper is a brief account of the faculty developping plans promoted by the University of Barcelona in order to support educational changes related to the process of convergence with the European area of Higher Education. The experience is organized along two different stages. The article stresses some weak and some strong points of the whole educational convergence process. This two years’ experience indicates the necessity of institutional, human and material support if formative plans have to be effective.
