SAN MARCOS, GUERRERO Y SU DESAFIO TURISTICO PARA UNA CONSTRUCCIÓN SOCIOECOLÓGICA DEL PAISAJE

Resumen
Se han documentado las consecuencias socioecológicas de los procesos de apropiación y despojo originados por megaproyectos turísticos, así como los cambios benéficos y la forma de disminución de sus impactos negativos. En el municipio costero de San Marcos, Guerrero, México, se desarrollará un proyecto de esta naturaleza, por lo que el objetivo del trabajo fue analizar los posibles efectos que puede tener en el socioecosistema. Se estableció la “agencia” y “estructura social”, a partir de entrevistas semiestructuradas, observaciones de campo y cartografía de uso del suelo. El escenario actual muestra una “agencia” definida por múltiples identidades laborales, la ganadera entre ellas. La estructura social exhibe 3 fuerzas motrices, la política agraria sustentada por el “sistema de cargos”, las económico-culturales por el uso de pastizales principalmente y, las fuerzas naturales, representadas por actividades laborales en los ecosistemas no “transformados”, amenazados por cambios de uso del suelo y contaminación. Los riesgos sociales conjeturan un impacto diferencial entre los pobladores urbanos y rurales y, los ecológicos según se trate de ecosistemas como playas, selva o ambientes acuáticos. Es necesaria la normalización de nuevas prácticas junto con una perspectiva socio institucional y la organización de abajo – arriba para contrarrestar los impactos del proyecto.
