Abstract
The European Union is a polymorphic body which has derived consequences such as: political incoherences, unsettled institutional reforms, state actions more relevant than community ones, divergent results, empty policies... The Maastricht teatry has innovated the scene, although serious loads remain unsolved: citizenship, own funds, internal policies inbalance, disorders, failures, poor results, paralyzations, confusions... and several satisfactions to achieve yet.Downloads
