Abstract

The great changes qualitative and quantitative that the city of Murcia shows in these last twenty-five years have generated the appearance of serious problems in the urban dynamics. Problems that now claim an urgent attention and that when the Official Planning doesnn't settle them, a logical reaction of the citizens will start to solve them. The meaning of this work is to show an example of town-planning control to revitalize a space, revitalization due to the initiative taken by the businessmen from a street called Correos.
