Tecnologias educacionais com ênfase no letramento de gestantes com diabetes mellitus gestacional: revisão de escopo
Resumo
Objetivo: mapear evidências sobre tecnologias educacionais voltadas ao letramento de gestantes com diabetes gestacional.
Método: trata-se de uma revisão de escopo, seguindo as diretrizes do Instituto Joanna Briggs e PRISMA-ScR, sem recorte de idioma ou tempo. A busca foi realizada nas seguintes bases de dados: PubMed, SCOPUS, LILACS, Web Of Science, CINAHL (EBSCO), Catálogo de Teses e Dissertações da CAPES, IEEE Xplore Digital Library e Google Scholar.
Resultados: 6.503 estudos foram encontrados, com 13 incluídos após análise. Houve predomínio do idioma inglês e de ensaio clínico randomizado. Identificou-se o uso de aplicativos móveis, filmes educativos e intervenções baseadas na web. As formas de desenvolvimento e avaliação dessas tecnologias predominantemente foram, respectivamente, uso da literatura e divisão em grupo intervenção e controle.
Conclusão: as tecnologias com ênfase no letramento em saúde foram utilizadas na longitudinalidade do cuidado, de modo a perpassar o diagnóstico, monitoramento e promoção à saúde.
