Comportamentos ineficazes de manutenção da saúde: análise do conceito

Resumo

Objetivo: Analisar o conceito “comportamentos ineficazes de manutenção da saúde” sob a perspectiva de Morse.

Método: Análise de conceito desenvolvida de acordo com as técnicas avançadas de Morse, operacionalizada por revisão de escopo, realizada nas fontes de dados: Scopus, MEDLINE/PubMed, ScienceDirect, Web of Science, PsycINFO e Google Scholar, além da busca manual nas listas de referências. Foram incluídos estudos que respondessem às questões de pesquisa, disponíveis na íntegra, sem limite de idioma e sem recorte temporal. As cartas ao editor, editoriais, comentários, resumos e protocolos foram excluídos da amostra.

Resultados: Com uma amostra final de 35 estudos, foram identificados cinco atributos, 17 antecedentes, 12 resultados e a compreensão dos limites do fenômeno de comportamentos ineficazes de manutenção da saúde para a área da enfermagem.

Implicações para a prática: Os resultados deste estudo apresentam contribuições para a linguagem padronizada de enfermagem ao apresentar novas evidências de elementos relacionados ao conceito em estudo que podem ser mais coerentes para o uso do diagnóstico de enfermagem, além de sustentar o desenvolvimento contínuo da classificação da NANDA-Internacional. O refinamento conceitual contribui para a elaboração de intervenções de enfermagem direcionadas, de modo a auxiliar a implementação de planos de cuidado personalizados, com potencial para impactar na qualidade da assistência prestada.

Recomendações: Recomenda-se a elaboração de pesquisas para o desenvolvimento de inovações tecnológicas que auxiliem enfermeiros a identificar, diagnosticar, planejar, implementar e avaliar de forma efetiva pacientes com comportamentos ineficazes de manutenção da saúde.
