Abstract

The burial site at El Pirulejo is significant because of the interesting documentation of the funereal sequence that it presents. The remains of nine individuals have been distinguished: four from the end of the Neolithic period in second inhumation with evidence of having been skinned (P94); three from the Bronze Age also in second inhumation (P9l) and a double burial of an adult male and child (P83) OS thc samc chronology.
