Abstract

I analyze in this article the presence of Greek pottery in the Tberian centres in two different moments: the three first quarters of the 6th century B.C. and the period between the late 6th and mid-5th centuries B.C. The main purpose of this work is to
study how this pottery is integrated within settlements and cemeteries in order to show the function this pottery has fulfilled within the Iberian world. I try to show how Greek pottery lets to watch the political and economical processes given, in the mentioned period, within the Iberian culture.
