URINARY HIDROXYPOLINE EXCRETION IN SHEEP
Abstract
The urinary hidroxypoline excretion has been studied in young males and females and adult females of the Churra strain. The results show that the highest levels appear in both sexes after two and a half months of life, and afterwards they descend slowly unt it the end of the experiment. It is suggested that the higer quantity of soluble collagen which exists in the young individuals to be responsible.Downloads
