Abstract

This article studies different issues conceming school reforrns and principalship role in education. In the first place, sorne of the recent visions about school direction -change agent, transforrnational leader- are presented and evaluated. Secondly,different data, coming frorn a broader project on LOGSE diffussion and irnplernentation, are presented, analyced and interpreted.
