Abstract

This paper examines the importance of subjective dimension of educational knowledge to influence the grade and type of its utilization by schools and teachers. Results from a more extensive study refered to factors that bring about inservice courses value from the participan! viewpoints are presented. Particularly, the article argue both the different role assigned to severa! issues of in-service education and the assess approaches in relation with its impact on learning and subsequent practice.
