Abstract

The aim of the present article is to analyze the fundamental role of the Comparative Administration of the Education in the context of the State-Nation declivity. The complex structural diversity in each country does not make this task easy. In the whole, two fundamental problems in this question: intemationalism and regionalism are reflected.
