Abstract

Three types of streams are noted for the temporary basin of the Bembézar river: the temporary streams, the permanent streams and the temporary streams with stable pools in summer. 14 species of Ephemeroptera have been caugth along two years (1982 and 1983). The distribution of these species has been different from year to year. An individual pattern of the community evolution for each sampling site has been observed.
