Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • Manuscript Text
  • Abstract
  • Authors: All authors with names in full and their affiliations must be included in the web application
  • Taxonomy:
    If you are not a taxonomist, you must check whether all taxon names cited are valid (accepted by specialists). You must not use invalid synonyms even if they were used in the original references. In addition, you must check the appropriate author names of genera and species.

  • Reference list: Be sure you have include existing DOIs
